We use state-of-the-art methods and tools. Research projects methods include: control group / action group; baseline design; randomising and statistical analysis; focus groups; on-line surveys; Internet data mining; activity logging software; online fora eg. PB Wiki’s; ‘omnibus’ research during e.g. awareness campaigns; regulatory analysis with stakeholder groups. For fast turn-around, we use PDA’s with embedded database tools. When needed, research is complemented with seminars, demonstrations and public information activities. Research projects can be syndicated or exclusive.
